Our Story

Our story begins with our sister company FLC Healthcare Academy, an adult vocational school where we have trained professionals in the Home Health Aide, Nursing Assistant, and Phlebotomy disciplines since its inception in 1999. Two years later, the launch of Floricare naturally became the vehicle for the top graduates of the HHA and CNA programs to begin their careers. Many of them still work with us till this day.

FloriCare is a state licensed Nurse Registry specializing in private duty, facility staffing, and elderly community-based referrals. Our success as a family-owned and operated business has been the result of our relentless commitment to excellence, innovation, and superior customer service.
